Ridora is a non-linear learning centre where kids and young adults through play, explore the amazing world of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) through fun interactive activities for them to experiment with amazing creations and ideas that develops lifelong learning and interest in STEM.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Ridora STEM program constantly uses professional development to educate Instructors and effect changes in their practices when new innovation arise. Instructors must be properly introduced to the evolving nuances of stem reform movement within their subject areas as well as gain familiarity of changes among other related subjects.
STANDARD ALIGNMENT
The instructors for the Ridora STEM program have completed alignment on curricular materials, they work with the templates provided to create a fun learning enviroment for their students. These instructors are familiar with the most common elementary science programs and engineering-related subjects at primary and secondary level.
CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
It is intended to provide students with more opportunities to learn, It supports increased students engagement, motivation and problem solving to specific projects that deals with working as a group. With an organized classroom, both teaching and learning is easy.
